1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items such as personalized or custom products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., planners with expiration dates)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened or used art supplies (e.g., pens, markers, paints)

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Safely pack your item in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing parts).

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
